  Other than Ashley, Jesse and Gabriel, you can expect terrible service and cold, stale coffee. Viviana is one of the managers with terrible customer service etiquette. She increased the cost of a cold cup of stale coffee by 10¢ and was going to take back my coffee until another customer intervened and tossed her a quarter. Both Gabriel and Jesse were then quick to replace it with fresh, hot coffee as Ashley had the night before.
